Lithology and Thickness

It is composed of irregularly alternating dark gray clay and phyllite-like slates, sandstones, siltstones, cherts, and greenstone-altered basic volcanics. (250-400 m)


Lithology Pattern:

Relationships and Distribution

Lower contact

The layer lies with an unclear contact on the limestones and siliceous slates of the Kuberkandinsky horizon Fm - Pamirokoy horizon Fm

Upper contact

It is overlain by the Muzdubulak Fm sandy-conglomerate Carnian layer in conformity.

Regional extent

It is developed on the southern slope of the eastern part of the Pshart Range, in the basin of the Nychkedyilga and Muzdubulak rivers.
